"Friendly, clean, and accommodating!"

Great value for money! Small family-run hotel, and they do whatever they can to make your stay amazing. Good location too!

Shower wasn’t the hottest, but it was fine and comfortable. Again - value for money.

"Disappointing"

The shower did not get warm at night, the drains smelt really bad and we felt like the staff were trying to take advantage of us financially, until finally we asked enough questions to pay about $20 less than they wanted to over charge us. They still made us pay the value added tax VAT of 18% which we have now learned is for Peruvian residents ( as is states on the booking app).

"Great breakfast and location, okay comfort."

Great location, great breakfast (a small buffet with fruits, bread, eggs, cake, yoghurt, juices and drinks, and more. Way better than in most hotels! Friendly staff, just hard to communicate.

We were charged less for bottles of water on day 1, then on day 2. Seems to depend on who was behind the desk. The shower didn't really get warm, just lukewarm, and only after you let the water flow for about 5 minutes first. It was also really cold in the room due to the windows not closing properly.

"Superb"

Great hotel, close to all atractions and a nice breakfast. It had the best shower we got in Peru in this price range.

This wasn't fault of the hotel but during the night hotel guest came back drunk and you here everything that is going on in the hallway.
