Hotel Puno Terra

Staff was kind and friendly and breakfast super delicious :).

stayed for just the night. we were delayed on our way there. the owner stayed up late just to help us with check in’s. and once we told her we needed breakfast to be 30 mins early she said so problem - meaning she woke up early to sort us out. super sweet! the rooms are basic and really sufficient for just the night.

We loved this hotel, everything about it, outstanding! The staff is more than helpful, the room very spacious with lots of storage possibilities. The shower was wonderful. Good breakfast and great location close to the main square and a short ride from the bus station. We highly recommend Puno Terra and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very cold. First, we were given a room without a heating (although we booked one with heating), but fortunately, they were able to change it for us. In the morning we went for a walk and the main entrance was locked when we came back. The doorbell didn’t work, so we had to call the reception to let us in, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Good location, breakfast and hospitality.

No elevator. Inconvenience of electric power charge.
