Comfortable lovely hotel. Accommodating, friendly staff. Loved the location in the centre of Crickhowell and close to fantastic walks. Good food and pretty garden.

Very friendly helpful receptionist. Good location.

The public areas could do with a refurbished. Our room at thr top was very hot. We had to have the small fan on all the time.

Old country pub feel to it, and cottage type rooms

Given the price I expected more that average pub food.

The hotel was centrally located, they upgraded us without payment, the staff were polite & plentiful, the food was so gorgeous that we still talk about it now.

Location is fantastic and the property is full of charm.

The old world charm is showing its age, the courtyard bedroom was ok, but a bit tired, the bathroom was not up to scratch, the shower had a curtain and the floor was always wet.
