Efficient reception team. Lovely comfortable bedroom. Full English breakfast good - staff welcoming and attentive. Service in the dining room very good. Delicious food and wide menu choice.

I didn't like the tea or coffee served at breakfast. When my dinner reservations were in the bar area I didn't like the fact it was self service and everything had to be ordered at the bar. Considering the menu (and prices) was the same as the dining room I feel it should also be waiter service. It would make for a much more pleasurable experience. Also sometimes I'd have to wait to order my food behind customers just ordering drinks only. By the way other customers were also complaining about this system.
