Hotel was amazing very nice one of the best hotels BUT.....

Paid for the not far off £1000 for a panoramic room view and was not panoramic at all view was nice but was anything but panoramic! Then had building works in the room next to ours that is not what you want when you are spending that much on a hotel for my wife's birthday was very noisy was not happy!! Worst of all there was rubbish everywhere in the sea like a lot!! Looks like someone threw 1000 bags of rubbish from the hotel makes no sense why it was there. Let alone left there and not cleaned.....

Роскошный отель. Каждая деталь продумана. Очень креативный дизайн и архитектурное решение. Отличный завтрак. Очень приятный персонал в отеле. Сотрудники отеля всегда готовы помочь. Очень удобная кровать, матрас и подушки. Оставливалась на одну ночь в свой день рождение, засели в номер раньше, это было очень приятно. В виде комплимента приготовили вкусное кокосовое пирожное.

"Het beste wat wij hebben ervaren!"

Dit resort is het absoluut top! Nergens heb ik beter mee gemaakt.

Ik zou de kamer prijzen verhogen en de dranken en eten verlagen. Ik vind €7,00 voor een blikje frisdrank absurd. Dit omdat we weten dat 21x over de kop gaat. Maar van de prijs voor de accommodaties weten we niets. En zie je direct dat het grote klasse heeft dus is duur aannemelijk.

I very happy with the excellent services at airport. Especially, Ms. Hien- airport manager, Linh- airport waiter and Tuyen airport chef, so lovely and professional. I don’t want to leave anymore.
