Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Great location for our canal walking. Good cooked breakfast and evening meal.

The room was outstanding. The four-poster bed was very comfortable and perfect after an 11 hour flight well worth the money the after hours check in was easy . Would definitely stay again

Amazing staff, really friendly and helpful. The food was great and the beer too. Pricey for us but we are not used to these southern prices! lol The room was basic and needed TLC, but it was large and we had everything we needed.

The bed moved everytime I turned over. It did have an extra leg underneath, but I am not a little person and couldnt help but be paranoid. Nothing happend though. I'm fine! Matress was very comfy.

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this property. The only positive was the location, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing.

The property was very dirty on arrival and poorly maintained. There were no bins in the house and no toilet tissue provided at all. The cooker was not working, and the house was extremely cold, including the shower which only had cold water. I reported all of these issues to the host, but they were unhelpful. I was asked to send a picture of the boiler, which I could not find, and after informing them, I received no response during my stay. The host only replied after I had already left. There were also serious safety concerns, as unfinished rooms were left open and accessible, which is not safe, especially for children. Due to these issues, I could not stay the full booking and had to leave after one night and find alternative accommodation for my children and myself.

The area and venue were both lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious.
