I greatly appreciated the very pleasant staff from the Managers down.

the TV. No English entertainment programmes, not even English news. In this day and age, this is really puzzling.

The incredible house. The pool. The silence (low season). The breakfast. The staff. The rooms

One guy from the staff keep sititng near the pool to rest and watch his videos online at full volume which kind of broke the place a bit. When I told him he clearly didnt liked it and he was a bit rude with me from then onwards. But it was a totally minro issue, the guy was nice after all most of the time

Stunningly beautiful, friendly staff

The hotel has lots of old world charm and character. Beautiful furniture. The gardens, plants are stunning. Really well maintained property. Breakfast was very good. The staff were so very helpful. We couldn’t fault anything. If I come back to Anjuna I would 100% stay here again.

Only one thing. We wanted to relax and read by the pool and there were only 3 beds. Not enough for a hotel with 24 rooms. However we asked for a bed and within 10 minutes they brought us one.

Very beautiful hotel! A must to stay at leat for a few days :) Unbelievably rich garden, comfortable swimming pool, every room has it’s own decoration… The location is good- close to little shops and restaurants, 10 min walk to the rocky beach and 15 min to the sandy beach. Still the hotel is very quiet and secluded. Delicious food, very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely come back and suggest my friends this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. A real boutique hotel. The garden is marvelous and the pool a real asset. The staff is very helpful and supportive.

No fridge in my room.

Buildings are beautiful, gorgeous pool area and decent location. Yummy breakfast with a few options ensuring something for everyone.

Staff and cleanliness. Nobody in the reception area particularly interested in listening or helping. My room was quite dirty upon check in, stained and torn bedding and dust and dirt everywhere. When I complained I was given the opportunity to take another room - same situation! 2 more rooms later, consistent stained/ripped bedding and dirty floors & surfaces in each, I gave up and agreed to take the last room offered.
