Pool facilities poor, no loungers, pool dirty, access steps missing. Pictures on your web site did not reflect how hotel looked. Room, very dirty, bed mattress was beyond using as it folded into centre of bed. Sheets and duvets did not fit bed. Fridge dirty. Small boiler to provide insuffient hot was for showers. Overall hotel looking very tired. Booked for 10 nights left after 1 night but charged us for two, not happy - how do we get our money back? Breakfast adequate.

Beautiful property away from the crazy. Lush jungle gardens and huge pool. Rooms are older but large. The whole property has beautiful old colonial furniture. Great attentive staff. Have a fabulous relaxing stay.

My room, the architecture of the place and location was really nice and comfortable, very spacious with a beautiful view over the Portuguese architecture on one side and palm trees and forest on the other side ! :)

the bathroom was a bit old, the staff was not really good in English but were still very nice into helping me !

It’s a very lovely, lush property. An old tropical, somewhat faded mansion surrounded by greenery. Every room is different, all have terraces or balconies looking out over the garden and the pool area. Inviting to linger with a book underneath a ceiling fan. The staff is very attentive and keeps the place spotless. Breakfast is great and plentiful. It’s very quiet as its location is a bit away from the main drag in Anjuna

It could use a little bit of refresh & paint in spots.

We really enjoyed our stay at casa anjuna, Sunil, Devisda, Rajesh (amazing chef), Ratan and Lalit were amazing, they made us feel very welcome!
