"Comfortable stay and quite spacious room"

Comfortable stay and quite spacious room.But a bit smell of cigarette in the room. 15min walk to the food street in Taipa. Buffet breakfast at additional cost

"Weekend getaway"

We booked a double bed room and stated that we'll be arriving late; end up we got twins bed. The shower facility in the room is poor, water keep running out and we end up have to use all towels to soak up all the water leaked on the floor. Front desk staff was not professional, she asked her supervisor if deposit could be made by credit card. We were standing up front of the counter and the supervisor just yelled back - "ask her to pay cash".

I have stayed over 10 hotels in Macau. This is the worse hotel I have ever stated at Macau. The staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, irresponsible and rude. Majority of them do not understand English. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

this hotel was good for the value, but noisy reception renovations. breakfast buffet was small and limited for $100 HKD. hotel casino only had baccarat and slots

"Not too bad Grandview and comfortable bed"

little inconvenience of location if you want to go other Casino and shuttle for about 30mins/1hour but staff are friendly and bed very comfortable, bathroom is window wall and curtain is outside the bathroom. so fun! Otherall still ok.

"reasonable price to stay in Macro"

the price is reasonable compared with other hotels in Macro. The hotel room is big and comfortable. The most important, the hotel provide free wifi although not very high speed. overall, I would recommend this hotel.

"Good Grand View"

The hotel is excellent value for money. All the facilities were superb. However, even with a confirmed booking, our room was not available even at about 3.45 PM (checkin is at 3 PM). The hotel staff simply said that the guests have not vacated.
