Great place cloae to casino vanition and the shopping centre have good service at hotel and good room

Hotel staffs are friendly and very polite. The room is spacious and clean. There are a few cafes near the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk to get your local meals. Airport is only 10 minutes drive away by taxi (est HKD43) or 20 minutes by bus no. MT4 (HKD 4.20/pax). Galaxy, Venetian and a few other casinos are walkable (about 15 minutes) from hotel.Otherwise, this hotel also has their own casino which is good enough to kill our time while waiting for time to leave for the airport since it's raining outside.

Good location, nice, comfortable and value for money

I stayed here for 4 days at the end of a holiday to Hong Kong.It is in fact a Hotel/Casino though not in the same class as the Venetian or The MGM. The cost was well below the posted rates. It was very quiet though there were a significant number of families with small children staying. It is located a few Kilometers from The Cotai Strip. Taxis were cheap and there were a number of local buses that I did not sample. They seem to be building an elevated railway at the end of the street to link the main locations. My room was palatial. The only fault was the air conditioning which was set by staff to 15 degrees - too cold for April. I set it to 25. There were a lot of staff but very few spoke English. Reception were very helpful and the lady on the phone was very good. Some of the notices were only in Chinese. I found out on my last day that there was a swimming pool. There was a free shuttle service to Macao Ferry terminal though not to the Taipa one which is nearer.

Good price for Saturday stay and which restaurant around, just shuttle bus between Ferry Pier to hotel which about 1 hour once thats inconvenience. Cleaniness room and very soft bed.

In room fridge was lock, I thought no fridge supplies, so much China tour, they speak so loud that feels they are talking next to you.

Love the beautiful room n soft pillow. Surrounding so many eatery to explore.

Its a couple vacation... the staffs are friendly but they are struggling for english but after a while I was catered by an english speaking Staff. Its was clean and well maintained hotel. Location wise. A short distance from well known sites.

Don't drink the water. It's not complimentary. Feels like this hotel is trying to pretends it is more than it really is. It's fine for a night or two if you don't expect much.

I enjoy n like stay @ grandview macau because the hotel is very good
