"Very nice for the price"

Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. English was excellent and helped with area maps. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. The hotel restaurant was so-so, but lots of other restaurants within walking distance in the immediate area. Grocery store 2 minutes' walk with lots of variety. Short cab ride to the big hotels (Venetian, Parisian, MGM, Wynn, etc.) Free shuttle bus to and from the Ferry terminal. Only negative thing I really noticed was that there were no wash cloths for some reason. Although I didn't call the front desk I would have expected a new set on my second morning, however there were none provided when the cleaning staff made up the room. I found them on my third morning as I was getting ready to check out - they were on top of the mini fridge inside the mini fridge cabinet along with two unopened bottles of water. Impossible to see unless you were on your hands and knees. I have no idea how or why they would be there - I assume the previous room occupant did it as joke? Overall an excellent value in a very expensive city!

"Counter staff"

The whole experience would have been better if the check-in counter staff on the day of our arrival had been more helpful. She didn't greet us and didn't smile and was not very polite. It was not a pleasant start...luckily the hotel was commendable or I would have given a bad rating for this.

"Good Hotel slightly tainted due to poor check in!"

Had to wait hours to be checked into our room, kept getting told to wait, eventually left our things there to go for a wonder instead. Rooms were pleasant and space-y.

"Nice and clean hotel"

Rooms were remodeled, specious and clean. Front desk staff are ok, room to improve to be more courteous. One thing about shuttle bus picking up at ferry terminal, very long wait.
