"Fantastic!"

One of my favorite hotels now! Impeccably clean, very comfortable with everything you wanted already in the room. Lovely service, friendly staff. Aaand it was much cheaper than most of the local hotels with the same quality. Thank you!

"No shuttle from Taipa ferry terminal. "

Hotel is okay. Most of the staff are Friendly, except for the shuttle driver, rather rude. I find the shower water pressure is low, the room is clean in general.

"Very unimpressed"

I have stayed at the hotel quite a few times and been very impressed. The beds are always comfy, the view was nice and the hotel clean. However this time I was not happy... got there and there is scaffolding all up the front of the hotel so they must be doing some refurbishment and they were working on the front doors so it wasn't a very nice experience entering the building. Then the room they put me in was on the other side of the hotel which I haven't stayed before which had a HORRIBLE view. The floor was smelly once I got out the elevator and the room was freezing cold because they put the air con on MAX. The bathroom was also dirty which black all up the walls and the tap on the sink was not secure and was moving every time I turned it on and off. Even though the bed was massive, it didn't seem to be as comfortable as I remember in the other rooms. They put me in 'executive suite' this time but I actually much preferred my stays in the normal suites before on the lower floors.

Rooms are small, even up grade to executive room, still the same. No view. Bathroom with a single sink. Old shower tub with mold all over. No shuttle between other hotel casino. I have no idea how it can rate 4 start hotel.
