We loved this hotel and its location on the east side of the island.

Perfect place for a couple. Unique and quite , there’s a biche next to the hotel , and a small village with restaurant. Very good service and the room was grate beautiful view . Prefect roon

We’ve booked this hotel as it was listed as a luxury one. I Have to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place has an amazing beach with great corals which is ideal for snorkelling. That being said, the service over all is quite on the low end. The breakfast buffet was very very limited in terms of choices and quantities, with not much change from one day to another. The food from the restaurant is just bad. I think we’ve had the worst pad thai ever.. they’ve replaced the plate with something else but still.. The Villa has so much potential and really don’t need much to upscale their game and match the service with the cost of the rooms. It’s definitely not enfant friendly.. kids are ok there but beside the pool and the beach there’s not much to do for them. About the NYE. 😓 guys really? That was by far the worst party / Show ever. Our eyes were literally bleeding, the music, the shows, the games everything was so badly planned or simply not for the right crowd. Especially when the hotel is in a remote location without an easy way in / out, that should have been a lot more fun and friendly that it was. Which is very disappointed. I don’t know if the place has been recently sold to a new management but clearly they have a lot of work to do to upscale their service, food, entertainment etc.. it’s really sad again, as the place is beautiful and located on an amazing spot even how remote it is.

Pros: Room is spacious, clean and the view is stunning. Walking distance to a small village where you can find lots of good restaurants. Staff are all attentive and kind. It's a paradise if you like avoiding all the crowds. breakfast and food at hotel is quite good. Cons: Far from Ton sai pier, the last boat to pick up is at 4pm which means you will need to get a longtail boat back to hotel by yourself if you plan to stay in Ton sai pier for dinner. half of the hotel rooms are abandoned or ruined (you won't see them unless you hike from the top of the hotel to tonsai pier which we did) P.S. pay attention to the tides as you will be stuck at hotel if the high tide is at night. Luckily for us, they were all low tides at night during our 3 night stays. If you like party, you should stay in tonsai instead of here (but I found tonsai is quite dirty, very crowded and lots of loud music). However, if you prefer quietness and enjoy some self-quality time, I would highly recommend you to stay in this hotel!

Beautiful hotel. We were traveling with freinds who had booked us into different accommodation which we decided not to stay at. We like to at least have running water at a hotel in the bathrooms. We booked Villa 360 and the next morning phoned them. They sent a boat strait over to get us. Fantastic service. Check in was quick and easy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety in food and drinks, even for a vegetarian. It's a little tricky getting across to the other resorts but not impossible. Being build into the hill it can be an steep climb to your room. The hotel has golf buggies and will drive you round if you need. We tended to walk as it was part of the experience to us. The views from our room were stunning. Room service was good and speedy. Overall we had a lovely stay and were sad to leave.

Beautiful views, clean room and very spacious. Couldn’t of asked for more in the room itself. Very hilly but the buggy is there to assist whenever needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any request

The views were amazing. The beach was just a few steps away. Took the shuttle from the ferry which was good there was a staff member there when you got off the ferry to guide you to the speed boat to bring you to the hotel. The hotel is in an area that is quiet and secluded great for relaxation. There is a village a short walk away that offered some more dining options and some stores. The breakfast was great everything was made to order. We had the ocean view it was a bungalow that had a balcony with seating area to enjoy the ocean. The room/bathroom was great had all the amenities needed. The pool is also great, with great views as well. The only downside is that the hotel is located on a mountainside so there were steep hills to walk everywhere but if you called the front desk they would send someone promptly to pick you up and bring you to your destination within the hotel grounds.
