Villa 360

Hotel was very clean, great views, large space, and courteous hotel staff.

Nice experience.... Good food.... Kind people... Initially I got a room with a poor view then I was shifted to another on second day.... Although this room had an excellent view we encountered a snake on the way to our room and my family was bit scared.... I would have given 5* had we not encountered above issues....

I had friends go to this island and give horror stories about their hotels. This was DEFINITELY NOT the case with Villa 360. Everything was absolutely wonderful here, and the amenities/facilities were all some of, if not, the best we had in Thailand in six different cities. We would highly recommend spending a little more money to stay somewhere like this, than to be on a budget and go somewhere else. Well worth the extra money for the way they treat you at 360.

Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a Villa overlooking the bay, it seemed very quiet during our stay, definitely the best part of the island to stay. Gorgeous room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff and massages overlooking the water every day. Unbelievable, will return!

This gem is nestled in the hillside of lush green jungle. If you’re looking for a secluded property with amazing views while being a short walk to a small town, you’ll love it!

The front desk personnel barely speak English and we're not very helpful.

Villa 360 is a hotel with a beautiful view and great rooms, but the hotel lacks athmosohere and service. Their are only one restaurant in the hotel, which is good during lunch hours, but very bad during dinner hours. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but ended up being only ordered breakfast due to less guests during low-season. The neighborhood hotel Phi Phi Village is far better in terms of overall amenities and customer value. To sum up: great location away from the back-packing areas of Phi Phi but the price doesn't not reflect the experience received. Pro tip: book Phi Phi Villlage instead.

Villa 360 was the most memorable leg of our trip to Thailand. We had booked only one nights' stay in Phi Phi and we regretted that decision soon as we stepped in Villa 360. We could've easily spent 4-5 days in the hotel. The villas are spacious enough for two people, amenities are top notch, the staff is excellent and highly professional. The pool is very well maintained and the restaurant offers the most pleasing food (both taste and presentation wise) we got to eat during our entire trip. We are definitely visiting Villa 360 in a few years time, we hope we'll be met with the same experience we had this time!

Be aware that there are numerous steps on the property. This hotel is not for mobility-challenged people.
