Villa 360

Very comfortable stay! Room is tidy and well maintained. Beautiful seaview from the balcony and the bathtub. Good service by the reception desk and the canteen. During check-in and -out you will get private long tail boat transportation and also the connection between the hotel pier and the long tail boat makes the process smooth and elegant. To visitors looking for a silent and relaxing place I will recommend this hotel.

The Villa 360 is in a state of disrepair. The photos are from when it originally opened, but it is currently falling apart. While we were there, the staff were generally unresponsive for the most part, and we did not enjoy our stay.

The hotel is beautiful but the location wasn't the greatest.

Great view, but not much else. Breakfast was bare bones. Had to go to neighboring resort for food, activities, etc. very pricy for just the view.

Really nice hotel with lovely staff who can't do enough for you. Only down fall is that it's only accessible by boat - hotel put free boats on about 4 times a day, but latest one back is 4pm so you can t have a night in the main strip and have to have dinner in the hotel (which is quite expensive). There are taxi long tail boats that can bring you back, but will cost about 1000bht during the day and 1200bht at night. It's a 25 minute trip on the boat to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for relaxing stay, breakfast is great, swimming pool area lovely and the staff very friendly.

Lack of manpower severely hurt the service and facilities upkeep and management.

The hotel is really a catch for the price i pay. The view is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The pool is wonderful. The disappointment is the location of the hotel. It is located at the other side of phi phi island, you have to catch a long tail boat to the main island where all the stores and atm are located. Only the hotel restaurant is available for food. There are only two boat ride leaving the hotel daily which make it very inaccessible. If there are more boat rides available, this hotel will be totally magnificent.

Amazing, relaxing hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff and very accommodating. The view is simply spectacular. Go down to the beach and sip some Mojitos while watching the sunset.

Our stay at Villa 360 was wonderful! Hotel staff was extremely attentive; always ready to help make your stay better. The food was great at the restaurant, as well as the room service (we had a full dinner in our villa). You can also book activities through the hotel and they will arrange the boat of your choice. We chose the long boat and it was great - they took us to Maya Beach and Phileh; waited for us; never rushed us and the hotel was kind enough to make sure we had snacks to take. They prepared beautifully carved fruits and provided bottled waters. They even went as far as loaning us fins and snorkel masks. Great experience!

The location on the island was good, away from the crowds. If its a high tide you will need to time your trip to the little village, is difficult to walk there on a high tide. The hotel looked tired and needed some love. it was unfortunate the pool was mostly shaded,so no good if you want some sun. Unfortunately, we would not stay there again.
