Everything about this place was amazing. The room was very clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and would go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food at the restaurant was great. Highly recommended!!

Air con broken in room and terrible food

Property was amaZing with breathtaking views. Pick and drop service was good. .staff were excellent, was a big help. Only disappointment there were not enough restaurants and cuisines.

We stayed at Villa 360 for one night however, I wish we had stayed longer. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is located on secluded bay and when the tide is out the view is stunning. The room was lovely too and the staff in the restaurant were really attentive. When we were there the resort was really quiet so it was like we had our own private pool and restaurant. The main down side I would say is the quality of the food. We got a dinner, bed and breakfast package which was a really good deal, however the food was very average and there weren’t really any other options around to eat else where. I also thought they missed a trick in terms of lacking a bar or additional entertainment on a night, given it was so secluded. Finally communication could have been better. I emailed the hotel for a transfer from the pier to the hotel (which we were very greatful for) however they hadn’t read my email properly and had sent the transfer at 1.30 rather than at 4 as I requested. We were therefore met by a man who was rather annoyed because he had been waiting for us since 1pm. It just didn’t give a very good first impression however, the hotel and the view more than made up for it. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view, very nice staff, clean. However if you have any disabilities, just know that you must take a boat to arrive at the hotel.

There is no beach. There are very few guests, so there is no breakfast buffet? The room is clean and we'll serviced. There are garbage and broken items everywhere? The stores are closed. The food was good. The gym was not serviceable. This place is terribly overpriced. Would not send a friend there to stay. I don't understand the high marks received? Those misled me. Too bad. Nice staff. Beautiful area.

Amazing place to stay on Phi Phi Island, stunning sea views! Great location away from the main crowd in Tonsai Bay but walking distance to a local village with great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend

The resort is great if you desire some peace and quiet outside the busier areas on the island like Tonsai. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, and includes everything to fulfill most personal needs. The only drawback to staying here is that it is almost too quiet, with very limited activities available. To get into the nearby village requires to cross a neighboring resort.

Aside from the beautiful views from large, comfortable, well appointed bungalows...the wonderful breakfast, the gorgeous infinity pool, the endless activities, the wonderful beach.the clean warm, crystal clear aquamarine blue of the ocean....The staff alone made this place one in a million!! We loved everyone we came in contact with! We were treated like we very important guests. They treated everyone that way! We were greeted at the pier for our long tail boat taxi to the resort where we were met by a fun tractor that loaded us and our luggage to take us through the shallow water to check in. The only thing to keep in mind are the stairs. There are A LOT and it’s not the easiest of treks to your bungalow. However, it’s totally worth it. I’m nearly 50 and it was tough at first but it got easier climbing those stairs and my ass has never looked so good!

Beautiful hotel and location. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. pool was amazing and food and drink were very cheap. would definitely recommend this hotel to end your Thailand trip in the ultimate relaxation.
