Villa 360

Place was at wonderful side on Koh Phi Phi. Staff was very helpful. I love the location with the beautiful view. Very relaxing, I could honesty fall asleep watching the beautiful virw. It was something out of a commercial l. Would definitely book again next year.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. VERY nice, quiet and secluded. The service was excellent. We only stayed one night, wish we had time to stay longer...

The location of this hotel was picture perfect, you cannot fault it. The staff were very friendly, however quite scarce, we felt like we were staying in our own home. The front desk was often unoccupied, the pool bar didn't have any staff throughout the day and only for one hour during happy hour was the bar staffed. Felt a little like a ghost town whenever we tried to find someone, which at times Had its charm. The restaurant was lovely, dinner was delicious and included breakfast was nice too, however choice of eggs hot and everything else on the plate cold? There's a beautiful little village, with great restaurants and beach just to your left which we enjoyed walking to, you just have to make sure you miss high tide or you'll be caught walking through water on your way home. You'll need cash as no eftpos facilities anywhere other than where you first get off the ferry at the pier. We still had a beautiful stay, just seems the execution and atmosphere of the overall experience was lacking. The beautiful view almost makes up for it all..

This hotel is so far from the main area, the only way of transportation is by long boat if the weather is permitting and if one is available. We visited during low season and the hotel was completely deserted. Rooms were not as nice as expected, and quite small. Staff was friendly upon check-in but refused to credit us for a horrible, but expensive dinner.

The staff were great, particularly in the restaurant. Fantastic views when the tide is in and really nice pool. Although the room was a little shabby and the hike up the mountain to the rooms is pretty steep.

2 nights stay at 360 Villa. The experience was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, villa and infinity pool have amazing sea view. Really impressed during my stay with gf. A really quiet and relaxing place, unlike the crowded Tonsai area. Be prepared to travel 30min by longtail boat from the Tonsai downtown to Villa 360. If you are lucky, the staff maybe using the speed boat which takes less than 10min. The villas are located on hilltop and it takes a lot of energy to go up and down, however you can always ask for buggy service anytime. Hot water shower was intermittent and I guess it has to do with the heating system. There is also a small village which is a 15min walk. Overall, it was an awesome stay at Villa 360.

This is a very nice hotel. The position of the bungalows offer great views of the ocean and beach, but make getting to the lobby, restaurant and beach somewhat of a chore. The only other small issue was that in our bungalow, the shower didn't drain consistently. These are the only reasons why I rated it a 4/5 instead of 5/5. The quality of the staff and restaurant food and ambience were excellent.

For the price we paid of $275AUD per night, this hotel was way over priced. The nicer hotel next door was going for half that rate. It's a nice hotel on the beautiful island. Had we paid $100 per night, we would have been allot happier. This hotel does not command this price as you cannot leave the resort during high tide, which is ok if the facilities on the resort were poor. The breakfast was very poor quality and sparse not up to standard to the rest of the island, so we didn't want to go back for lunch. This means you'll have to leave the resort to eat which you cannot during high tide. There are no staff at the pool for cocktails or anything else, towels left in plastic bags to help yourself. If you want a cocktail by the pool, you'll have to try and find someone to serve you.

lovely room and view. facilities were wonderful, staff was amazing. just a short walk from an adorable village with great local food and inexpensive drinks. amazing stay.
