Toilet clogged and management wont replace room that causes room to stink! Room electricity malfunctions a lot. Staff kot cooperative. Stay away from this old hotel!!!

When we got there, the toilet was not working. The TV remote control was not working. The carpet was soaking wet. I requested to move to another room but they could not as they were fully booked. If this is a 600-peso room, I would not complain. But I paid more than 10k pesos for this room and did not get what I paid for.

1. Bed bugs bit me 2. Bathroom sink was dripping on the floor due to wrong position of the basin sink 3. Toilet smells bad 4. When we got there I requested for a change of sheets! The sheets looked like it was used 5. Mattress and pillows don’t have protective cover and smells like ewww

Late check in, staff not good we requested for a water to drink we never receive till we are about to check out, room smell bad esp. the bathroom. Most of the menu in the restaurant are not available, no water to drink!!!, elavator was dusty and couple of finger prints on the walls, telephone smells bad really. Ceiling on the shower falling apart. To many concerns not enough space to write. They need to pay attention to every detail. Guests come to a hotel for comfort not for discomfort...

This hotel is the worst of the worst. Here's a few points: (1) if you want a room that is full of mildew and is worn out and not repaired (2) if you want to go to the restaurant and have roaches running across the reception counter while being assisted for seating or if you never want to use salt or pepper (3) if you want to call daily to have the complimentary water left in your room (4) if you want to call for clean towels daily (5) if you don't ever want your floor cleaned or have room service at 6pm daily (6) if you want to be called every night at 9pm to ask if you want spa service (7) if you want to be charged for everything, like even looking at a hotel worker (8) if you want no smiles from any staff member or be told hello (9) if you don't want any kindness or service of any kind (10) if you are expecting quietness at any time........then, my friend, this is the hotel for you.

Hotel staff was generally nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. View of Legazpi was awesome. Facilities could have been better. Room was musty. No hand towel. Roaches. Outdated channel guide. Body wash in shower was empty. Jasmine Restaurant substituted egg-drop soup for crab & corn soup order. Coke and rum was awful. Restaurant service dropped off once food delivered. Cost of ice for room went from free, to 50P to 60P, depending on who you asked w/no explanation or apology for confusion.

1. Customer Service at reception was poor, unaccommodating, not willing, not interested in my needs. No smiles. 2. Concierge’s was great. Handled our personal belongings and needs very professional. 3. Room was small and was terribly supplied. No iron, bad hairdryer, no slippers or robes, no body lotions, soap dispensers empty 4. Food items limited and very greasy

Checked into hotel reserved queen bed told me they switched me to 2 small beds. If I wanted queen would have to pay extra. Went to the room and there was water damage on the walls and the smell of mold was pungent. Asked to change my room it was like I wanted to have her first born. Sent me to another room and the faucet was broken and water was all over the sink. Finally got a decent room after the fourth try. Wenter down to grab a bite to eat with the family was told to take a seat was only 3 families in the restaurant with about 5 servers.. Sat for 10 minutes no one approach or saI'd anything. I raised my hand to get there attention and was ignored. Got up walked out and went upstairs to the second floor restaurant where they were more than happy to welcome us for dinner very attentive. Dinner upstairs was the only good thing about my stay there. Went to check out and asked for a bill to show what the charges were and was told since I booked on expedia that they could not print out a bill. The 5 previous hotels I stayed in were all able to give me a bill booked all on expedia. I would not send my worse enemy to stay at this hotel this kind of punishment isn't fit for anyone. As I spoke to some people outside of the hotel they explained that was there best hotel on the island and only famous people stay there. I don't think the roaches that are there have it good. They are probably mistreated. If I had to do it again would stay in the 200 pesos hotel.
