Excellent choice for breakfast which was freshly cooked to order, comfortable room and parking on site was a big plus for us ,also the location , very friendly ,helpful and kind hosts in Ness and Phil

Maison idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Lynton à proximité immédiate de la Rock Valley et du funiculaire pour descendre à Lynmouth. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un passer un très joli séjour reposant et ressourçant.

The breakfast was absolutely superb. A great choice with homemade toast and jam to follow. You could not fault it. Ness and Phil couldn’t do enough for their guests.

Very warm welcome as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and the entire property were perfectly clean, warm and well furnished. The owners and staff were very friendly and efficient in providing an excellent service.

Ness and Phil were outstanding hosts, very attentive and always welcoming. The house was located centrally with good access to everywhere, we used it as a base for our exploring. The best thing was their breakfast, a great selection and well cooked. The rooms has a good selection of toiletries and even robes

The hosts Ness and Phil made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality knew no bounds and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was to die for and made with love. Homemade muesli, bread and jams! and with a beautiful view.

The mattress on the extra large bed was far too soft. I felt like it was in a dip and my husband felt like he was going to roll out. Not a wink of sleep but the people and breakfast made it for us.
