The property was in a perfect central location, the bedrooms were very light and beds were very comfortable. The owner left tea, coffee and milk for arrival which was a lovely touch. Each room had an en-suite so had your own space. A parking permit was included which was a short walk away past the harbour

The location was perfect, so close to the shops, pubs & riverside. It was well equipped & comfortable. It was great to have 3 en suite rooms at such a good price. The beds were very comfortable. The property felt like & bright, which is unusual for a character, terrace property.

As other reviewers mentioned, the fire doors were very heavy (especially for elderly Mum) & having to keep them shut for safety reasons made it feel a bit enclosed if you’re used to having your doors open at home. Having said that, completely understand that they are fire doors for a reason!

Great location - everything an easy walk from the front door. It wasn't noisy despite being central and next door to a pub. Plenty of space and bathroom facilities.

The heavy fire doors on every room, although obviously a requirement not a choice, became very tedious very quickly and combined with the 3 levels in the house (kitchen on ground floor, lounge on first floor) made it difficult to feel we were together as a family and communicate with eachother and the children.

Excellent location, Excellent facilities highly rated we will definitely book again

Location right by all pubs , shops and restaurants very easy to get around Dartmouth and stumble back from the pub next door
