Check-in after 18:00 must be requested at least 1 hour before arrival., otherwise may result in prolonged waiting time or no access to the property. Please note that the property does not accept any bookings for more than 6 people (4 adults and 2 children maximum). The property does also not allow visitors to hotel rooms. The Regency Hotel Brighton only allows the maximum occupation of people as advertised in each room. Check in starts at 14:00. Upon prior arrangement with the property, guests can leave their luggage at the hotel starting with 09:00. Please note that there is no elevator at this property. Regency Square Car Park is the nearest car park to the property. Reservation is not possible. Guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. Guests payment cards must be the same as used to make the reservation, and must be in the name of the lead guest. The card used to make the booking will be used to settle any outstanding additional charges.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Prima Hotel midden in centrum."

"Nice area but an unnecessarily noisy guest in Room 1"

The view from the window was very good. The big problem was the man staying in room number-1, next door. Twice at 6am he switched the TV on with a very loud volume. I left the room at 9am. The loud TV volume was still on (for 3-hours or more). I walked down to the next floor, and there, I could still here the noisy TV. So, who is that noisy trouble maker? Why didn't staff impose penalties on him. The stay at the Regency Hotel was not good because of that, unnecessarily, very noisy guest!

The size of the room- about 40cm of space around the bed and to get to the bathroom.
