Regency Hotel

Location was good, sea view was awesome

Out dated, in need of a complete revamp. Not up to standard. Very expensive for what it is.

Easy access to beach, townclose town close to numerous restaurants and parking just over the road.

We got what we paid for so no problems.

Great location in central Brighton. Nice sea view from the window. Shower decent.

Not the best tbh - was originally given an incorrect room (absolute tiny, untidy place) - eventually moved to a better room, which was bigger though very cold (window single-glazed and condensation on window in mornings). Managers are Chinese with limited English, so communication was a struggle. Place overall feels extremely dated and neglected and in desperate need of a major renovation. There is no reception, and no instruction given on returning key at check-out, so in the end just left it by door. If it was half the price I could maybe recommend as a central place to crash, but as it is it represents very poor value for money and I would not return.

Good location and views, not expensive, bed was ok.

Hot water in shower stopped working after 2 days, fridge wasn't working, loud noises from other rooms. Also had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to check me out at the end of my stay.

The room was very small. We were on the top floor. There were 6 steep flights of stairs to climb. Not suitable for anyone with walking issues

La ubicación, a pesar de tener el area de playa contrario a mi habitación podía verla al salir del edificio.

En el día mucho ruido, estaban reparando edificios, parecía en obra, las.escaleras rechinaban e incluso habia partes deterioradas, rotas, golpeteos por la mañana y tarde, no tiene ascensor, subir equipaje 4 pisos es muy incómodo,

We are elderly and we we're at the top of the hotel.60 steps up to the room.with no fire escape.other then the stairs back down.
