Would not recommend for guests to stay

The room was great and cozy and the bed was super comfy. The view was lovely with the i360 and the seaview and in a perfect location - I went for work, and the Brighton centre was just a 5 minute walk away which was perfect. All facilities included - hair dryer, towel, so didn't need to bring it which was great. I also asked if they can take care of my bag for the day after check out which they did, thank you so much for that.

If you plan to book this hotel and check in after 9pm - don't bother. Apparently reception don't work from 9pm - 9am which was not mentioned in the listing, even though I mentioned in my booking that I was going to arrive after 9pm. You have to do self check in, which was not mentioned in the listing, and the owner will text you how to get in. I unfortunately didn't receive this text so I was stuck outside for an hour, but luckily someone who was also going to the same event as me arrived and followed the text instructions to get in. But because I didn't get a text - I had to call Booking customer support to call the owner to let me in to my room inside as the owner was not picking up even though I called multiple times, even though they had his phone number plastered all over the hotel. Bed was creaky, shower water takes a while to heat up but it's fine. No lift only stairs, which is fine but just a note for people with accessibility issues. Walls super thin so can hear neighbouring activity occasionally if they are loud. Just the lack of reception was the main issue - the accommodation/room itself was not a problem at all.

Perfect location at a very good price . The room was a small double but very good value and worth it for just one or two nights.
