Regency Hotel

Very good location, beautiful view.

The price-quality ratio was off. We stayed there for two nights and I only saw the staff once, upon arrival. It left an unfriendly impression. For that price we would have expected a small, simple breakfast: sandwiches, coffee and tea. Right now it was like staying in a haunted house where guests are not really welcome.

Regency hotel, the staff are amazing. The service is very good. My brother was staying for about a week and he’s a first time came to Brighton,. He really had a lovely time. I want to thank everyone and the stuff. 🙏🙏

Nice and quiet ( apart from the idiots throwing bottles in the bottle bank during the night ) , not far from the job , access to shops etc.

I stayed in three rooms during my stay , the top floor front was ok , the top floor twin room at the back very quiet but in need of modernisation etc , the worst room was no. 7 … shower control was knackered , the bathroom smells of s**t constantly ( saniflow) , couldn’t lock the door during the night , bathroom to small , apart from that really comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect for me.

The only negative was on arriving at advertised check in time there was not a person to be seen. It took 15 phone calls before somebody replied and thirty minutes from arrival to getting access. Very stressful as I wasn’t sure if and when I would get access.

Great stay. Fantastic view of the seafront and west pier from my sea-view room, and handy for the city centre. No lifts so climb to the upper floors can be awkward, but worth it.
