Leaves a lot to be desired for the price we paid for a « comfy  king » with sea view balcony. Bed was poor quality and on wheels, balcony was tiny and sea view non existent. Hot tub in pool was freezing and the wait staff was slow and forgetful. I would not return here.

Comfortable clean nice decor. Disappointed with surly nature of one of reception staff. No gluten free bread available. Variable waiting staff sometimes erratic with service but generally good. Would stay again.

First class service from te time I walked through the door! Excellent restaurant menu & great food, staff very attentive & polite. Overall a wonderful stress free experience.

Lovely welcome on day one, after a glass of bubbly we were kead to our room., which was nicely decorated and comfortable. For such a big room, the bathroom was very small however, and we felt a little too cramped. Restaurant serve a good continental breakfast , never tried the cooked. Evening menu a little pretentious, but local provenance is a desirable feature on it and quality was good. Spa complex was nice, although the advertised sauna doesn't work any more. The rest was nice though.

The breakfast staff were great, very attentive and nothing was to much trouble - well run team Receptionists - The Australian lady was so nice and welcoming, excellent customer service skills and showed an interest in the guests - not sure what I can say re the other receptionists without being very negative. Room basic for a boutique hotel and in need of a refresh. Location great for both the town and beach

Loved the "reception" being met in the lounge by lovely staff with a tablet to check us in... and a glass of champain and truffles. The food was superb. A limited vegitarian menue however thye offered to add more to the menue the following nights. They could not have been more helpfull

Checked in for 3 days while performing at Falmouth Shanty Festival, lovely hotel, clean and comfortable . Easy walk into town. Breakfast good as well. Recommended

Lots of stairs, but very comfortable.

Good breakfast. Insufficient parking. No disabled parking slots. Not possible to wheel suitcase over gravelled carkpark surface. No lift.

This is a lovely find of a hotel and really enjoyed staying there. My room was as expected a lovely single with everything I needed. The common areas were comfortable and I worked there a few of the days and found the atmosphere relaxed. Food was lovely and a surprise as I had not really investigated that. The spa/gym is nice - I did not use the treatments but might next time. The pool and sauna/steam room were lovely. The only thing I would say is in the hall between the gym and main common areas (which my room was off of) could use a little febreze as I am sure a fair few gym members travel down it after a workout (rightly so), and although it’s regularly cleaned - could just smell a bit fresher!
