Room was roasting hot - fed back to management but no real response other than 'sorry'

I was warmly greeted at Reception on my arrival and shown to my room on the ground floor. The hotel's common areas are beautifully decorated and furnished. My single room had all I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was excellent (and the towels were huge and soft). No socket on the desk area to plug in the kettle so had to put it on the floor to make tea which was the only irritation! The swimming pool was closed during my stay, but the modern gym was open. Breakfast has some lovely extra touches available which made it feel special, although the fried breakfast I ordered (of egg, bacon and mushrooms) was a little meager (I was literally given one egg, one strip of bacon and one mushroom!). I would certainly recommend the hotel to others and would have no hesitation staying there again.

Had a wonderful stay at the start of our holiday. The beds were nice, especially the pillows. What really stood out was the staff and their willingness to help. We were traveling with our 9 week old son and they helped arrange a crib and everyone was supportive as I walked the halls all night with a restless kiddo. The food at the restaurant was good but the portions were very "foodie' size. Falmouth is a foodie town so this isn't too shocking. Most importantly the service was excellent. We look forward to coming back. One caveat the handle on the door to our bathroom was loose, otherwise property maintenance was good.

Where are are building works underway at the hotel which account for some of the disruption we encountered there. The driveway in front of the hotel has been torn up by delivery vehicles and the hotel sign has fallen over and is leaning on a tree. Some parts of the hotel are very nice, particularly the restaurant, but around the original building many extensions have been built with flat roof‘s which obscure the views towards the sea. Overall our stay was successful but it could have been so much better.

Fantastic experience! We only had one night to enjoy this hotel but it was certainly a memorable one. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. We had a lovely clean, bright and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The leisure club was very good with a good variety of cardio and weights to cater for all levels of fitness. Finally, breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice. I particularly enjoyed the speciality granola. Will definitely return to this hotel. Very Very Well Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. The service was second to none, the food was beautiful and the room was amazing, especially the bed and pillows. I haven't slept that well in such a long time!

A beautiful, modern contemporary hotel with a brilliant breakfast selection and quality. Relaxing pool and spa facilities and great location to both town, harbour and beaches. We will definitely visit again. Thank you
