Kaiholo Hale

Our family of 6 stayed in the Hibiscus Ste at Kaiholo Hale and we LOVED being a block from Mamas Beach and restaurant. It was wonderful taking a sunrise walk to the beach every day. The location worked well for us but the Paia traffic is frustrating. I suppose it’s like that anywhere on Maui now a days. The suite was clean, quiet and the neighbors were very nice and understanding of our (sometimes) crying baby. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again.

Our flight into Kahului was delayed by nearly four hours, putting us there after midnight. The management made sure we knew the procedure upon arrival and assured us we would have no problem getting in. We only had a two night stay, and our second morning was a drive up Haleakala for sunrise. Management gave us a late checkout to accommodate us, else we’d have had to check out by 4am. The villa was clean and neat and we enjoyed it. The bug thing is overrated. We only saw a few sugar ants ... if you aren’t scrupulously clean you will see ants also, but it was no big deal. Great location and Paia is a cool little place.

Arrived and codes for doors worked perfectly. Unit was clean. Well appointed. A real pleasure. Great location.

We had a nice enjoyable stay. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the renowned Hoopika beach. The suite was clean and cozy, with a nice well-equipped kitchen.

Lovely place to stay, clean and inviting with all the amenities of home. Nothing better than sitting on the deck in the afternoon beer in hand watching the warm trade winds blow through the palm trees. Heaven.

Beautiful spacious condo unit, perfect for our family of 3, just a minutes walk from Mama's fish house.

1 bedroom, 2 bath and a lovely outdoor deck! The management company was super helpful and got us a good deal with the rental car company too! Sofa sleeper is not the most comfortable we've seen and there is no water view but you can walk over to Mama's Fish House and see their private beach area - stunning! Prices there re stunning too, so we ate at Paia Fish and fell in love with them! Pizza at Rockn' Brews was also very good. This small complex is a great family reunion spot with separate quarters for each but congregated together. Laundry on site too.

One of the best things about the Kaiholo Hale is that you don't feel like you are staying in a strange place. You feel right at home for the entire stay. There is dedicated parking directly in front of the rooms. Every room comes with all of the comforts of home. It is less than 2 minutes from both the beach and Mama's Fish House. It is just outside the small town of Paia, in my opinion the best town on Maui. And it is right at the beginning of the road to Hana, and only 15 minutes from the airport! Seriously, the location and amenities cannot be beat. You never see the staff who run the place if everything goes right, but they are easily reachable if needed. This is my fourth trip to Maui and I book here every time.
