Kaiholo Hale

The property was much better than suggested by the photo. It was spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The location is close to several beaches, the town of Paia, and the wonderful store at Ku'au.

Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped - rice steamer, utensils, expresso maker, coffee grinder, baking dishes and cookie sheets, blender - stuff you do not always see in a condo rental, as well as the usual - microwave, coffee maker, etc. The unit is not on or particularly near a beach. A private and large outdoor deck. We really liked it. If you are going into town, you need to drive. However there is an excellent (and expensive) Hawaiian seafood restaurant just a very short walk away, Mama's. Make reservations and ask for seating where you can see the ocean. About 80% of the restaurant qualifies. Or drop in for a drink.

Great place, very clean and attention to detail was obvious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends.

This place is good for family, location is ok, it’s good for road trip to Hana, the property condition is not perfect but the management responds quickly

This place was perfect! Nice home away from home and very comfortable for our family of 5. Was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms spacious, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms clean, updated, included everything needed. Washer/dryer very convenient. Internet slow, however your not on vacation if you need internet. Location was perfect, walking distance to nice beach cove. Awesome to wake up in morning and walk to beach and watch waves and turtles. I guess some say there’s traffic in town, but being from SoCal, traffic was nothing. Home perfectly central located to decent drive to Hana, and close to airport area stores Target, Whole Foods, etc. Without reservation would recommend this vacation home.

The stay was amazing. The location in Paia was great. Just a short walk to a bunch of Sea Turtles. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent choice.

I loved staying at Kaiholo Hale. In fact, this is our 2nd stay there! It is clean and comfortable and spacious. It also has many extras that you will find yourself using such as beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, a cooler.... The location is excellent. You are close to Mama's Fish House, the town of Paia, Ho'okipa Beach, etc... I definitely recommend this place.

Great location near Paia and road to Hana, but thin walls in this multi-unit building meant that I heard a lot of distracting noise from other renters. A couple of times I was unable to sleep because an adjacent unit was watching TV or had kids playing loudly.
