Kaiholo Hale

Walls are thin and you can hear people in the next unit (right next to bedroom). People who were staying next to me had a couple of kids that they allowed to scream into the evening. These were not infants, so I blame the parents for having little consideration for their neighbors. I was there on business and attempting to get work done on a Monday. The internet was not reliable at all, kept dropping me and was very weak. Might be a good place for a vacation, but definitely not for business. Only reason I stayed there was for Mama's Fish House (you can walk) and proximity to Paia, which is a neat little town.

The orchid suite was perfect and the location was superb! You can walk down to the most beautiful little cove, and sit under shade trees or take a dip in the protected waters. And yes! There are turtles to watch as well as tropical fish as birds galore. The town of Pa'ia is only a few miles down the road, where you can shop and take in the local culture. This is also a great place to start your road to Hana trip, as it's just off the Hana highway, mile marker 8.

Kaiholo Hale was perfect for my husband and two young sons. The location, the amenities, everything really! Probably the best equipped apartment we’ve stayed at while traveling around the world! Definitely on my recommendation list!

Nice location. Property was in good shape and stocked with necessities in kitchen and bathroom. WiFi worked well. A little expensive but we would stay here again if the price stays where it’s at.

Wonderful location in Paia and well equipped rental no complaints at all.

Lovely place, parking is a little tight but the place has everything you need

The managers have thought of just about everything a guest would need, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler for cold drinks, a well equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and i the bedroom, clothes washers and dryers were available on site, separate lanai with your own barbecue and bathrobes provided. They even had a book available on the property and what was nearby. They knew we were going to be coming in the dark so they left lights on for us. Each of the four units have an assured parking space. It was convenient to the airport and for our road to Hana trip and for getting to Haleakala. Paia is a lovely town. Mama's Fish House is just 100 steps away. Mama's is expensive but very good food. The beach in front of Mama's is very close although a bit small. It perhaps was not a modern style but it sure made us feel comfortable and at ease. Lovely having breakfast on the lanai. All in all very relaxing after a day on the road and sightseeing. My wife and I just loved the Plumeria suite and the quiet surroundings. Great shower. We were only there three nights but would love to have stayed longer had we know how nice it was.

Loved our stay in this charming town and the location of Kaiholo was perfect! Mamas Beach is gorgeous, mere feet from the door. The space is comfortable and a lovely spot for our family. Thank you for creating a happy place!
