Kaiholo Hale

Thanks Margit & Terry for an excellent stay. This was our first visit to Hawaii and Margit's place was perfect. It had everything we needed. We didn't have any issues like mentioned in other reviews about sound from other units. A/c worked well and the trade winds are good in this area. Other areas like Lahaina and Kihei were much hotter compared to Paia. I can't stand heat, so for us this spot was perfect. Mama fish house beach is just few blocks from the house. Wifi and mobile internet is an issue, but worked little better when other units had checked out. Dishwasher was broken, but we didn't have too many dishes to clean. So it wasnt an issue for us. Margit is a great host. She responds promptly and also takes care of issues immediately. She even allowed us to check out late in evening, which worked very well as we had a late return flight. Thanks once again Margit for accommodating us. We will definitely book again when we come back to Maui.

Fantastic property, spacious, great location near several beaches on the north side of Maui.

The Plumeria suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay-kitchen and bathroom very well stocked! Comfortable bed! Close proximity to beaches, Road to Hana, Makawao and airport! Management was very accessible and helpful! Wifi can be slow, but who cares-you’re on vacation! The suite and stairs could use some refreshing but really, it didn’t matter. Great stay-would recommend!

The property itself is not bad. Location is good but not by the resort area. Walkable distance to some of the shops and restaurants. You can hear other next to you. Air conditioning doesn't work and either does wifi in the house. Personally I wouldnt stay in this property again if I'm in Maui

The property was conveniently located and generally clean. It just could have used some upgrades, a little dated.

This property was perfect for us. A comfortable place to relax after sightseeing. Everything was clean. Not much traffic and a very quiet neighborhood away from crowds. Literally a one minute walk to the beach, small but absolutely beautiful with very few people.

Great place to stay and right next to Mama’s Fish House, so very convenient to walk over. Also right next to a few nice quiet beaches which was nice! Place was very clean and comfortable!

The location in Paia was really great as a starting point to see all parts of the island. The place was well equipped and clean. Many of the furnishings were dated, the livingroom furniture was "Goodwill quality" at best. Onsite parking and laundry was definitely a plus. Fun to be within walking distance to a couple beaches. Would stay again!

We stayed in the Gardenia Suite and it was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The grounds are very private and well groomed. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Maui.
