"Nothing fancy but functional, for a conference centre it is lacking client care. Costly for that."

Room large and clean. Location suited me fine, parking available.

Areas of room had tatty decor - laminate torn off door. None of the USB points in the room appeared to work. Restaurant / Bar - menu very unaspiring, food not very tasty, wine very rough. Felt the client care was missing - a bit more smiles and "how is everything" needed particularly as it was branding itself as a conference facility as well as a hotel.

"1st stay in peterboroigh"

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. Josh the night manager was very welcoming as we had a late check in. The room was modern, bright and clean. There was a decent selection for breakfast. All round a very good stay and will defiantly use again
