Upgrade to delux ,very nice staff lovely room mis it already

In last 6 weeks my partner and baby have stayed in 10 hotels this is by far the best , lovely room .friendly staff

Honestly, I was expecting a bit more based on the high rating this place got on Expedia. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and the room was fine (clean with cold AC) but I think could've found a nicer place to stay for the price. The complementary breakfast was a nice bonus but it was kind of a joke. I ordered the tocino breakfast and got a heaping scoop of rice with a teapoon portion of pork (I'm not exaggerating). I expected the usual disproportion of carbs to proteins found in most restos in the Philippines but this was by far the most shocking during my one month stay in the country ...but then again, it was free! Overall, this place served its purpose for my 2 night stay before my flight back to Manila. It was easy getting a taxi using Grab Taxi and Ayala Center is walkable if you're comfortable doing so.

Good for doing business in Cebu

No hot shower. Bit out of the way but nice place. Breakfast was good, plenty of food. Staff helpful with any questions, including sightseeing and prices for taxi's etc.

grat little hotel 10 minutes away from ayala mall and mango avenue. Enjoyed my stay will definately be back.

This place would be good if only the Internet worked. Yes, there is wifi in the rooms (meaning there is "a" wifi signal), however at amazing download speeds of 0.25Mbps it's unuseable. I missed on two large projects during my stay because email wouldn't load, urgent Skype calls kept cutting off, I was charged twice for a purchase I made online because of the faulty connection. So frustrating! The room was big and well kept, but there must have been some type of bug as I woke up covered in nasty bites (I've posted pictures on a Tripadvisor review). From the looks of the bites it seems there were fire ants, which can cause a fatal allergic reaction. Just great.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We chose this hotel because their rooms have black out curtains, basic hotel amenities (hot and cold shower, AC, housekeeping everyday, free WIFI in the room) and offers complimentary breakfast at an affordable price. Hotel is also close to the Ferry Terminal, Ayala Center and other tourist attractions in Cebu City. As the property is small we are not expecting a lot from this hotel. Hotel exterior is just simple, nothing grand. Bed and bath amenities are just the basics. Nevertheless we are not disappointed with our stay as again, we are not expecting a lot when we chose this hotel. What made our stay worthwhile, is that the service the staff are friendly, accommodating and always willing to help you every time you let them know about your concerns. Bebe, Cionie, Roy, the other front desk staff, restaurant and housekeeping staff---all of them makes sure to go extra mile to be able to provide the assistance you need. We needed help with food delivery for dinner/snacks and hotel offered free calls to restaurants around the area. They also assist you with getting a cab, directions in the area, recommendations where to go and eat, ironing clothes, storing of luggage and in room breakfast. Hotel is located in a residential area so there's no issue about noise. Complimentary breakfast is decent. You have 5 options to choose from---American, Filipino, Continental, Pancake and Noodle Breakfast. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

bit isolated from the mainstream busy streets. But it has access to taxi/jeepneys. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and served on time. Of course it's a budget hotel, don't expect the luxury.wifi was good too... Worth the money
