Friendly accommodating staff. Neighborhood safe and quiet . Will be coming again. Very affordable.

Next time we will specify that we don't want a smoking room. The towels in the room smells of cigarette smoke. The slippers for the bathroom were not properly paired and overused. But we would like to commend the Ladies from the kitchen were very accomodating. The location was accessible to malls and restaurants and near the Pier Area.

I stay here every time I visit Cebu (3 times thus far). Look, it's not The Ritz-Carlton so don't expect that. It's a inexpensive hotel, that is very comfortable for the price. The neighborhood looks rough, but it really isn't that bad. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a kitchen and the food is delicious. The only complaint I've ever had is the wifi. Sometimes it works okay and sometimes it's super slow. If the internet is the most important thing to you when you travel, then perhaps you should stay elsewhere (or just stay at home).

Stayed in better backpacks. The place needs refurbishing, no fridge in rooms. Food took ages to arrive. Free breakfast was a joke.

Nice hotel with good staff. Hotel located on pretty dark back lane and it doesnt feel so safe. Cebu suffers from crime like elsewhere in the world and muggings are not uncommon, phones grabbed out of hands, pick pockets etc. I felt uncomfortable in this area at night time but thankfully was fine. Hotel is a good option over the big name hotels eg Radison etc which will cost significantly more money (5 or 6 times more!) Palazzo is near Ayala mall and Mango Square.

First night I got the room which had ants and unbearably squeaking queen-sized bed. AC was blowing directly at the bed too, which made sleeping impossible with AC on over night. Next day I requested another room and got moved into two single beds room which was a bit better. Staff is not friendly at all. Wireless was funky 50% of the time. Food is OK. Location is decent. All in all, dissapointing experience, and would not come back again.

Friendly service offered all the time, centralize location

We are budget travelers and wanted a cheaper but nice place to stay for three nights. This fit the bill. PROS: - The room was large and clean with excellent AC. - Shower was good sized with plenty of hot water. - The included breakfast was one of the best we've had in the region. The pancakes were great and so big we couldn't finish them. - We ordered dinner as well and were happy with the selection and costs (about $5USD per entre). CONS: - While the shower was great, the shower head was wonky and did spray water all over. We didn't bother complaining, but don't expect everything to be perfect. - The wifi was a real mystery. It actually worked pretty good for us, especially when we were down in the lobby but mostly up in the room too. Other people though were unable to connect at all, even sitting right next to us while ours was working, theirs just wouldn't. I have no explanation for that, but there were quite a few frustrated people there. The staff tried to help, resetting routers and stuff, but like I said it was working ok for some of us, so I have no idea what the issue was. - I found the neighborhood to be a bit dodgy. Not bad, but really there was nothing around and I didn't feel comfortable wandering around after dark. That said, cabs are easy to get and are very cheap around the city. VERDICT: Pros outweigh the cons.

Great service, nice staff, good room, its just a little out of the way so there is not much within walking distance. Overall an outstanding value.
