Ramada by Wyndham Ulaanbaatar Citycenter

We are two tourists traveling around the world, we were one night a guest of Ramada Hotel in Ulaan Baatar. A suite with all the amenities you need and a beautiful Sixteenth floor view of Ulan Battar city. Have a delicious breakfast in the elegant hotel restaurant on the fifth floor. The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. They are responsive with a smile and know English very well. I would recommend this great hotel for a relaxing and happy moments

I stayed st the Ramada hotel a few times now and the hotel is good. The staff is courteous and quite helpful. There is a terrace at the top of the hotel where one can have a nice quiet beer while admiring the view. Good hotel but some points need to be improved. There is no air conditioning in the rooms... and that is a big one because the rooms can get hot at night which tempers with one’s sleep. Also, although the rooms look nice and all, the hallways look like they need a bit of a revamp! Also, on my stay in early July, while at the gym I had a bit of an accident with a shoulder that dislocated (happens all the time). The staff was really quick in helping me out and getting a doctor to the hotel. Erika, the acting duty manager on that day, went above and beyond to look after me! She got everything sorted out for me, came to the hospital with me to help out with translating and ensure that I was receiving great treatment, she got my room freshened up too while we were in the hospital! If that was not enough, I couldn’t pay on that day because supposedly the accountant was off work, so she went back to the hospital the next day to settle the account and sent me the receipts! Exceptional help and great duty manager!!!

Feels like 3 star at lobby but room interior was better. Hot water not hot enough. Breakfast spread is decent but not good not bad. Plenty of group tourist

The hotel is correct although the rooms are bit outdated and would need to be refreshed. The bathroom has been refurbished recently and is good. The staff speaks excellent English and is being very helpful. The gym facility is well equiped; no swimming pool available. The restaurant at the 5th floor is good; the breakfast is OK if you like asian type breakfast. You'll be disappointed if you'after a continental breakfast. The bar/restaurant at the 17th floor is very nice and offers a nice view on the city. Their list of cocktails is however limited and they don't serve what's not on the menu... No airconditioning in the room. I was there beginning of June, which is a hot period, and the room temperature was really high (25-26deg).

Good location but only one restaurant. Room service after 10 pm is like winning a lottery requiring lots of prayers so as not to be refused. Rooms are nice and priced competitively. Breakfast is repetitive and so is the food as there's only one restaurant in the hotel. The sky lounge and bar at roof top is good but again the food menu is same as the restaurant, probably served by common kitchen. There's an open grill outside the porch but the shashlik they serve is bland and not worth talking.

Easy to get around to nearby sites. Convenient. Reception area could be more welcoming with more decor and plants. Breakfast menu should have changes... e.g. different menu for alternate days. Outside smoking area should be cleaned more often

The location was very walkable, with short taxi rides to get around the city. Good value and convenient hotel, with a mall attached that has restaurants, a coffee shop and supermarket.

Fantastic stay let down on one day breakfast 1/2 hour late no fruit or butter and most of it cold the rest of the time excellent

For the most part the staff where very nice just one day we had a slight problem we had asked for 7am breakfast (as we had all week) this day we had to phone down as it didn’t arrive when it did 1/2 of it was missing. The rest of the time very happy with staff and service

I had stay at this hotel for many times. As I am arriving on weekend I am not bothering our company agent to pick me up and he had arrange with the hotel shuttle (chargeable). Due to the hotel INTERNAL communication, nobody pick me up. After calling hotel and take a taxi to hotel, the hotel front desk willing to pay for my taxi fare and billed into the room that save my trouble to change local currency. Since it is the hotel mistake and live up to their reputation, They apologise and provide the free airport shuttle during departure. The breakfast menu had not much changes since I stay here years ago. Also the breakfast choices of food depends who is the chef of the day. The food not completely ready at breakfast time so do not be the first to go.
