Hotel Europa Ridgecrest

We had a great time here. So much so we booked a second night. Pat the manager was awesome, he was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Pat.

Its good to stop over to rest abd leave right after that.

Horrible place. The room photos shown are definitely NOT from this hotel. Rooms were very small. Not clean, stains on the sheets. Shower sprayed water all over the floor from the wall, shower curtain was torn. Owner barely let us have any extra towels, only allowed one towel per person and didn’t want to give any extra washcloths. Forfeited what I paid for the second night and booked another hotel. Would definitely not ever stay here again.

This is a horrible hotel that you should never stay at. Terrible customer service. They mixed up the dates of my stay and then charged me the full amount as a “no show” fee. Refused to refund this money even though the charge resulted from their error.

This is probably the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. This was slight preferable to sleeping in the car, though way less sanitary. The towels had footprints on them, the beds, blankets, pillows all had dust which killed my allergies. My entire family refused to take their shoes off in the room. We complained and the owner came to the room to see if we needed anything. He said he had no tissue box for us. He had to go to another room to give us a lightbulb for the lamp that would never turn on. There was no coffee machine. Sound from upstairs kept us up all night. Should have slept in the car.

I wouldn't stay at the place again at any price. I considered switching hotels right after check in, as I saw two small roaches in the first few minutes. There is no coffee in the room (contrary to the listed amenities). Door was difficult to open and close, and the safety latch was broken. Smoke detectors removed. Power outlet for hair dryer didn't work. It was not very clean and daily housekeeping was inconsistent. Sheets had holes and stains. Shower head was taped on. No towel hooks or luggage racks. The so-called discounted price I paid seemed like a great deal. Now I know better... This place should not be listed on hotels.com.

Attentive Staff - rooms dated and need remodeling - no ice or self serve machines working - friendly courteous staff - quiet and a bargain

Good condition for cheap price

The rooms are comfortable and the price is the best in Ridgecrest.

Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Very nice staff.
