Hotel Europa Ridgecrest

Unfortunately the place was very dirty and some unsafe conditions. Had to go out and buy supplies to sanitize the room to feel comfortable enough to stay the one night paid for with no refunds

Staff is friendly and accomodating. Clean and no bugs.

My only compliant is the floor was dirty and there was a hole in the wall behind the door. Other than that everything was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The other reviews on this site are correct. You need to wait outside in the heat while being checked in and the rooms are grubby. There were holes in my bed sheets, the AC unit looks like it's falling apart and can't keep the room cool during the day, and the room doors are not the most reliable. You might need to finesse the door handle to make sure it's actually secured in the closed position. All that said, you get what you pay for. It's a cheap place to stay, so check it out if money is an issue.

Staff is very nice, would recommend to family and friends. We go there all the time and drive up to go fishing.

Easy to check in. Representative is always available. Two things suggested: 1) allows customers to choose which floor they prefer 2) provide more than one set of towels when we have two people checked in

Lived here for 2 years because of the budget reason. After being discriminated with zero communication by the new owners who threw my crad back in my face and slammed the window in it without ever echanging any words i'm loosening my lips. 7/02/2021. 115 degree days still making you pay from outside. The ac back side is cranking on you and you have to stay close to it to here them walking away to their desk inside. Its super hot and check in taked nearly a half hour. One of the days i almost passed out of heat stroke by the time we were done. I was often told to come back later sometimes 3 times a day to repay for a new day when i had a job to be at. They cannot speak english well so if theres a problem to resolve with the fast talking over you, you settle to bring up only 1 issue and theres many, and I didn't get most of my mail I was suspicious of. I paid 3 times to have my ca drivers license mailed there and didn't get it unitl i got my own p.o box. as well as my stimulus check. I frequently got double charged and had to call my bank. Cleanliness is terrible. example room 214 has had the same little blood stain on the duvet dust rag bedding for over 2 years ongoing on the righ end bottom side. I found a dirty cigar in my coffee tray, had issues where the toilet didn't flush right in several rooms. the a/c and heat is about 45 percent efficient in most rooms. If your staying long term you get taken for granted and given the worst rooms while the new face room with wrkngTV

Ive lived here two years because I don't like apartment leases. This was the only one I could afford. New management took over and the friendly clerk left. On his last day not knowing this, I soughtt permision for my friend to stay a day or two for my birthday. Going in the 2nd day to repay, the new clerk took my card, and then shoved it back in my face thru the pay window. Said nothing except slam the window in my face, and hand shrug me rudely to get lost. I tried back the 2nd day and this time he rudely spoke to me, informing me my other friendly clerk left. He asked me where my friend was as if to treat me like I was hiding him. We were discriminated upon, and I think he doesn;t like guys sharing a room. Ive spent 40.00 a night for 2 years there, and am thrown out with no explanation. My mail was originaly welcome there, and i often suspected they threw it out. I think he has my paycheck, and other mail I will never see. I'll never know because this new clerk will not talk to me, and Ive been trying to find Jhenna the head boss to make him aware Ive been thrown out. This has always been a horrible place to stay but I never complained and was even quite helpful because its the only motel I can afford in town. Apparently I don't have a burn to bridge. Be prepared to get a negative review for every stay i ever bit my tongue on, and not complained about. LGBTQ beware, or if your just with your fishing buddy. The new clerk and his wife are extremely rude and judgemental.

Stay on main drag. This one, sign painted over, but says OYO and Europa. Is also the address of the properity they give. But, took 20 minutes standing out in 105 degrees, whilst the reception (inside) had to get on the phone and call two people to see how to make a check-in. I then asked for a quiet room. So, naturally got put between the two other occupied rooms. Guessing shelter becuase played stereo all night. Yeah... about right. Couldn't understand reception when asked for wifi info... so just use your phone. Place was really bad. Was counting the hours to leave bad. (Let's see if Holets.com will print the truth. Lately they don't help customers. Only side with business. Like this this dump!)
