Hotel Europa Ridgecrest

My car was totaled on my way up and I had to cancel my reservation. I asked that if they can’t refund me I could at least reschedule because it was New Year’s Day, my car wouldn’t start and the mechanics were closed so there was no way I’d be able to make it up. They didn’t respond about rescheduling and rejected my refund request. It’s not very customer serving on the part of the hotel. As for hotels.com, you all shouldn’t be partnering with non refundable hotels if your business promises include refunds. I don’t understand in what world it makes sense for you to not be able to be refunded. Also when I was explaining my situation to the customer service agent, he was kinda rude, like he didn’t wanna deal with it and he cut me off a couple of times. Honestly I was annoyed with the policy but after speaking to the rep, I’m even more upset and won’t be booking through you all again

THE WORST!!!! Don’t go by the pictures they are an inaccurate representation. Room stinks like cigarettes and body order, only two very thin pillows, no smoke detector, holes in the wall, old furniture, no blankets (I wouldn’t want to use it anyways), and dirty walls. Just generally GROSS!!

Floors were dirty, holes in the walls, sheets and blankets looked dirty. Hair in the sink and bathtub. Room was very out dated, dark lighting and the Wi-Fi was from another hotel.

The room needs better maintenance or remodeling The paints was off and most of them were worn out Cups, towels, and other supplies was not prepared properly Very noisy, the sound of shower from upstairs was like Thunder sound. woke up at 5:30am by the sound of shower upstair

Unclean property, the room was not in good condition

The people who run this motel are very nice indeed, but it is an old property that has been slightly spruced up. The fan in the bathroom was shockingly loud - like a lawnmover over your head - and everything was a bit rough around the edges (literally) despite the fresh paint.

This hotel felt sleezy from the time of check in. There was an outside window to check in and we had to wait for assistance. Then we asked about ice as my husband looked and it wasn’t working but attendant had no clue. Room had no cups and no towels. We had to go ask for towels and went drive to a convenient store for cups and ice. Room was outdated and gaudy. TV was good as was the shower pressure. No WiFi either. Also I was nervous about our car as it seemed like a shady area.

No smoking room with cigarette stains, coffee maker no cups or coffee, drapes to narrow to cover window, bathtub bar missing and dirty floor.

This place was absolutely disgusting the door locks did not work there was literally a hole in the door where you could see from the inside out the pictures are very deceiving I wouldn't stay there if you paid me had to spend more money renting another place nearby
