Shocking hotel, unclean, garden path overgrown with no lighting. We never stayed, looked at our ghastly depressing rooms and left to stay elsewhere. I don't think has had maintenance for many years, furniture from the 70's Someone from Booking.com needs to visit and should be removed from your website.

Everything was hideous.

Location is stunning! Pool area is beautiful, staff are very kind, food was great!

No lights in the 'forest pathways' at night and the rooms felt a little bit dated. The door handle didn't work and the bathroom window didn't close.

The worst experience, I was the only guest in the hotel, all staff left at 17h00 leaving no assistance. On the website it states that the restaurant is open until 21h00.... so much for that. The power tripped at 20h30 with no help nor emergency number to phone. I checked myself out the very same evening. Phoned this morning with a promise to get feedback. Needless to say no feedback or apologies. It is clear to see why I was the only guest. Goodluck to anyone ever wanting to visit this establishment. In all my years of travel this was by FAR the worst accommodation.

Your location.

Where to start. Firstly we were booked into the incorrect room and after we unpacked, we had to move rooms. It appears like you were still busy with construction. There were not really a lot of guests. Your service and every else were so bad, we ended up leaving a day before the time and we were not even offered the money back we paid for that eve for everything we went through. I will not use your facilities again or recommend anyone else to use it.
