Far Hills Hotel

It's an old place with mostly antique furniture which is unique. Rooms are spacious and clean

I booked for my family and my children were offered a room that's far away from me and my wife. The same room was full of spiders we had to sleep in one room with our children. No refund was given for the room we could not use and the Manageress was rude with us. There was no wifi no dstv no fridges in the rooms yet we paid an exorbitant amount of money for 2 days accommodation. The network is poor.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch 5 min vor 10 alles da und wir konnten bis 10:40 frühstücken und haben noch Würstchen und pamkakes für unsere Autofahrt nach Capetown mitbekommen. Die Freundlichkeit und positive Energie der Mitarbeiter war ansteckend gut :-)

Es war alles richtig gut.

Pathetic service and honestly filthy

They made us clean our rooms at 11pm on the night of check in as there was no staff. We asked for a refund and we still waiting for our money. Apparently the owner stays in Switzerland and cannot get hold of her to pay the money. Even the chef cleans the rooms as there are no staff. Toliets stink and not healthy for guests at allWill never record this place at all. Most of the guests were complaining at the hotel and the staff couldn't do much as its out of there control. I am waiting for my refund,. I will give you guys 24hrs for my refund, if not I will take this to the next level

The TV channels were not working. The internet connection is bad.

Perfect halfway stop enroute home. Lovely grounds.

Rooms could of had water and bedside lights.

Hi I appreciated how they assisted my sister and family with a change of rooms, she needed a family room and they were very quick to sort it out for us. The breakfast was great, my dead eggs were served daily. Service was fantastic and the team was ever ready to assist

This was my fault, thought I had booked the rooms with the mountain view and hadn't, wasn't happy with my choice of views but it was my fault. I will call to align before I book next time.

Hotel neglected . Needs an upgrade. There was no wifi or tv reception because of a cell tower problem. No alrernatives available to get reception. Staff were trying their best in a bad situation. Even the credit card machines were not working . The grounds need some TLC .
