The fact that we got accommodation when other places were full or too expensive.

The price charged for the room does not justify what we saw and experienced.

I would of liked the breakfast to be more kid friendly and more accommodating for Muslims

The beds that we slept was hard would be nice if is soft.

The location and everything.

Breakfast was cold.

Beds, location, friendly staff, ambiance.

Lack of power socket in close proximity to mirror. Was basin plug did not function. Wash basin did not seem to have hot water. All taps had jammed washers requiring pulling on handle to enable water flow. There was no toilet brush. The power socket for the bedside table lamp was too far away or the cord too short. The cooked buffet breakfast was barely lukewarm and we had to specially ask for toast. We asked for a room upgrade for king-size beds but the 50% extra tariff was not worth it.

Setting. Friendliness. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Noise from other rooms. Rattling room door. No mirror near a plug point. Loose paving stones. No coffee and tea makings in room, although a kettle and cups. Poor internet reception in room. Inadequate TV service despite nice smart TV.
