Do you know this hotel is about to close??? The place is run down, and outdated We were the ONLY couple that occupied the entire place .not worth the money we paid for the night: I should get a refund from Booking.com! Because you do not keep tabs on the venues you advertise Disgusting!! Please refund into my bank account: Standard Bank savings account: C.Manuel 10037141307

It is in the process of closing down- The building is delapetated, the roof is leaking in several places, and they put buckets down to catch the dripping water.the air conditioner is not working There is no active staff on duty!you have to dial a cell phone number to inform them that you arrived at the door, which was locked! Then we had to wait until someone came to unlock and open the door for us We were the only couple in the entire building Which was a huge security Risk for us

Breakfast was very good There's no atmosphere in the place

No staff present for 40 minutes. Anywhere in the building No mirror over the basin No plug and mirror to blow dry hair Blanks just thrown in the cupboards not folded No butter with breakfast Had to pour our own drinks in the bar

The location is convenient, pool and gardens nice. Staff is friendly and helpful

Rooms smelled like mold and moth balls. Understaffed. Food was poor quality. Very over priced considering the quality received. A real pity cause it's great premises and location, the staff really try to give a good experience but they cannot work 24hr shifts. It's unrealistic.
