Hotel room stank of smoke and we specifically asked for a non smoking room. Also asked for interleading rooms. Request were totally ignored.

Very bad hotel and service.. not expecting that from Ramada hotel.. the guy who in reception asked us not to do reservations through the net .. we must call him for reservations... Room is not clean and smells bad from the bathroom

"Good hotel...for low budget"

Overall, my stay was very good. The location of the hotel was way remote from the near by mall and restaurants. The reception guy was so polite and kind, and even offered me early check in. The room was ok, the down point is the cleanliness. The pool was good, but the beach is 2 km away Which was bad, eventhough they have minibus for transportation which is free, However I could not find the driver. Food was terrible and waaaay overpriced for what they offered, 20 jd per person for the buffet . So if u care about food quality skip this hotel. But for the stay price.. You cannot complain I paid 50 usd per night with breakfast included.

"Excellent"

A decent place; couple of minutes shuttle ride to the Deadsea. Good pool area. The Terrace Restaurant is just bad. First place I have been served a meat shawarma with the being cold. Elements Restaurant is ok

Room is not Clean and AC not working, uncomfortable bed, I had a request for an extra baby bed and they bring it very late and without counterpane, the outdoor pool is very beautiful and clean.

As first the price and the service it’s so bad and not matching never never , about the rooms low class and not clean or qualified to host the guests. The breakfast was very cheap. I don’t enjoy the stay and i will not but the Ramada Hotel as a choice for me or suggestion one for others .. i’m so sad and mad of u Ramada يا خسارة
