Ramada Resort by Wyndham Dead Sea

Great service by dedicated staff members. Fantastic facilities : quite swimming pool and one of the best beaches at the Dead Sea.

Should be Better the bar close at 10 pm location is so bad i spend 30 min between the desert to find out the hotel

First the room was dirty, walls were stain. The bathroom drain was blocked and clotted. The corridor smelled cigarettes. As the hotel is very far from everything, we ate at the buffet restaurant. The cost is very high (30USD) and they do not provide any drink (including water). I walked in my room to get my own water bottle... During the night, they air conditionner was not working properly and the room was terribly hot. The morning breakfast was empty at 9AM. The food left was warn (yogourt, juice, vegetable) or very dry (bread). No service was offered at the omelette station and after 10 minutes waiting, I asked a waiter if anybody could come. The cook arrived and as usual was rude and careless. This hotel as a huge sanitairy problem and staff competencies is very limited. I really don’t recommand to stay at that hotel. Pay a little bit more and you won’t regret it.

Such a high quality accommodation, I would expect to return the things what we forgot there. We forgot our coat there, I sent an email to the hotel - no answer, sent again - no answer again, I wrote on Messenger, no answer. I find this attitude outrageous! Our house key was in the coat, so the hotel caused a lot of inconvenience to us.

Lovely hotel near Dead Sea. To walk to Dead Sea is down a private path and takes 10 minutes max (shuttle bus takes you for free). Rooms comfortable and great views of Dead Sea/mountains. Excellent buffet breakfast that starts at 6.30am and carries on till 10am. Two pools that are very clean and well maintained. I was there in February so hotel was not very busy. Really enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights.

Not good hotel service okay but propty not clean enough

Everything was superior from checking in till checking out. but the only obstacle was reaching the hotel.

The hotel located very close to the Dead Sea. Very usefu and friendly staff. Good food. Not nice odor outside the hotel.

Nice hotel not far from the Dead Sea. The hotel has various swimming pools and a half hourly shuttle bus which takes you to their private beach, a five minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and clean but quite noisy as there is a kind of strange open space which goes from the hotel lobby to the top of the building and this odd architectural feature creates a drum like effect which makes it very noisy in the rooms nearby. The beach itself is ok but the area next to it should be cleaned up as there is a lot of litter there. The food is a little overpriced but generally speaking as there is very limited choice in the area the hotel is ok. For British people think expensive Travelodge not Ramada and you get the picture.
