"Room with a view"

A lovely position and our room had a spectacular view of Florence. Lovely gardens. Easy access on the no 7 bus to the city centre. We had a car problem and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful as the garage didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian! It’s like stepping back in time.

"View from the terrace!"

The best thing about this hotel is it's history and the view from the terrace. A clean hotel. Check in easy.

"Amazing old villa"

Very nice place with nice staff. Old Villa owned by family almost century. Nice vine and feeling that you have jorney in time

"Vintage hotel wt the view of Florence"

It's A place to go when you want to have a relaxing time away from the city. A car is a must to get into the place and should be able to drive up and down the hill. You can see a Tuscan View while up on the hill. For tourist to stay there and going to Florence by car, it would not be a good idea because parking in Florance is hard to find and expensive. It would be nice if the reception guest staffs are helpful and useful, they will help you but minimal, I'm saying this because I've been to three different hotels in Italy for the same trip and they were all very helpful except on this hotel. Overall we had a good stay.

"Just beautiful - awesome"

We stayed 3 nights with our friends. It was highly recommended to my friends by their friends. No disappointment here. It was a beautiful setting and a great place to stay while visiting the Tuscany area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely views outside the hustle of Florence"

The hotel is situated on a hill north of Florence, with great views and wonderful staff! Florence is a 20min bus ride away but you do have to go up a bit of a hill to get to the bus stop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms and grounds were very well kept. I wish Expedia would make it clear that breakfast is not included by booking online, but other than this surprise at check out, we had no other complaints.
