"Was home from home"

The personal touch we were all me by Lee. The room lovely had the best sleep ever and breakfast was all the best ingredients and the sausage was to die for.

"A great B&B!"

A wonderful B&B and I really enjoyed my stay. Lee, who was such a lovely host, was very welcoming and friendly. My room had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the extra little touches such as a fridge, coffee machine with pods and bottled water. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed having a drink in the hotel bar and meeting fellow guests. I will definitely stay again and hopefully longer next time. Thank you so much!

"One night stay"

Just got back from a one night stay only, but will definitely stay here again if its available. The place is spotlessly clean and secure. The owner, Lee was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He has lots of discounts for restaurants, bars and shows nearby, so don't book anything until you get there. There was a fridge in the room, and some water and buscuits waiting for us. Comfy bed, and really good lighting. The breakfast was lovely (proper full English). The location is near many bars and restaurants, yet was very quiet. The sea is also very close by, 2 minute walk. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Met on arrival by Lee, very welcoming he kindly explained everything I needed to know about my stay, keys breakfast etc and was always available should I need a point of contact. The accommodation is spotless and kept in good order. I slept really well the room was en suite and contained everything required for a short break. When I return to the area this will be the place I will look up first to see if it's available 10/10.
