Lovely host, very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great value for money, toast and cereals and a freshly cooked breakfast 👍 small room which had all you would need.. usb socket, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, fan, teas coffee etc

Best breakfast in Blackpool, it is close to the train station and tram stop. I enjoyed my stay very much ☺

The property is maintained to a high standard, the bedroom was spotless, bed very comfortable and everything provided for a lovely stay. Lee welcomed me on arrival and was easily contactable when anything was needed. Avoid the big chain hotels and support a local business like this who care about their customers and provide an exceptional service.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. Simply perfection!
