The Belvedere is centrally located, within easy access of everything and there is some free street parking available nearby. The host, Lee is very friendly, accommodating and attentive and rightly proud of his hotel. It is immaculately clean, comfortable and well maintained and equipped with everything you need. I enjoyed 2 great sleeps in a very comfortable bed with nice, crisp white bedding. The dining room is immaculately presented and a great quality breakfast is cooked to order by Lee. It represents exceptional value for money and is a world away from a typical Blackpool guesthouse. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and I’d definitely stay again.

clean friendly place not to far from the main Blackpool amenities .

It seems these days,and i have reviewed a good few places these last few years up north and down south, that the dimensions of a double room have come to mean it has a double bed with a small en-suite . I get the fact to maximise space and profit is all that matters these days fair enuff. I didnt like the plastic curtain in my shower as it tends to stick to you as you shower. But as i say generally its the best place ive stayed im Blackpool by far so far... thank you Lee.

Our room was at front so we got the noise from the busy road - which we are not used to. Didn’t spoil our stay

Lee is an absolute star. He was so helpful and friendly. Always willing to get anything we needed and make sure we were comfortable. Everything absolutely pristine and tastefully decorated. Lovely breakfast room and Lee really knows how to poach an egg! The location was perfect for us as we were attending a dance competition and it was an easy walk into town to the Winter Gardens. Car park nearby and really close to the train station if travelling by train.
