Also, please inform the hotel in advance if you have booked 2 or more rooms and your group wishes to have dinner at the same time. By bus: Take the bus bound for either Jozankei or Hoheikyo-onsen from Sapporo Station's Bus Terminal 12. Get off at Jozankei Jinja Mae bus stop, about 80 minutes from Sapporo Station. Kappa Liner express bus is also available from the station. The property is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. By car: Drive for about 60 minutes towards Nakayama-toge from Sapporo City.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Luxurious stay"

Love the amenities and facilities. Rooms were comfortable. We loved the lounge the most and it’s where we spent the most time. Food was fantastic and of high quality.

Nothing we didn’t like, but I would have chosen more modern rooms.

The food (kaiseki), the lounge with free drinks, snacks, honey, yogurt and nice view on the river The onsen

The hotel pick up shuttle bus from Sapporo was cancelled on the last minute , so we had to take a taxi to get there

"Wonderful stay!!!"

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Our booking comes with breakfast and dinner. The meals are in sets and they tasted so yummy. I appreciate that the meal vouchers indicated whether it's 1st, 2nd or 3rd breakfast/dinner. So you are actually eating different sets every day. I think that's very thoughtful! The room is huge! Comes with the sleeping area and also a huge table with 4 chairs. The room comes with robes that you can wear ard the hotel! And there are so many bottles in the toilet (eg make up remover, moisturiser and even hair tonic!) There are cafes, supermarkets, parks and onsen near the hotel. I think the only con is that it's abt 1hr20mins away from the airport. But if you are driving, totally worth coming here to stay for a night or 2!
