Westmont Inn - Lakeland

Pictures and description are false. Room was musty smelling. I had to ask for housekeeping. More like a full time housing unit then hotel.

Honestly the location and the fact that they have tractor trailer parking was the only good thing they got going for them.

I guess this is a case of “you get what you paid for”. Very old and worn out towels and sheets. Constant loud noise from the road and walls seemed to be made out of paper as you can hear all of your neighbors. We were checking in and had to do from the outside like at gas stations at night. Maybe because of the Neighbourhood and for the safety of personnel, but it sure felt unpleasant.

The dirty men's underwear hanging on the inside of the bathroom door was the first clue. This was by far the worst place I have ever paid to stay at. The room was filthy, floors not vacuumed , the tub was gray, flat sheet used instead of fitted so making contact with the mattress was eventual! Activity all into the night seemed very shady. Did not take long to realize the place was full of drug deals and hookers. Asked to be moved to the front of the hotel to get away from all of that. Would have left but had 2 dogs traveling with me. The only redeeming thing in this whole place was an employee named Martin who did everything he could to help! Do not stay here, its dirty and unsafe. Read all the reviews, and believe them. There is no way the owners are not aware of what is going on in there!!

Bathtub was covered with mold,shower head didn't work,bathroom was so small that you couldn't change your mind

Dirt room, holes in blanket, dirt shower, refrigerator did not work there was bugs I would never ever ever stay I would rather stay in my car I stay there there again would never. recommend it, please change thing for the better.

Terrible,expensive,dirty and unsafe! (No way to lock your door...) dirty everything.

The room was fair at best. The staff was very nice however.

My husband passed away a few weeks ago and I had to move from Longwood, Fl. to Miami to my brother's.-Thought that Travelocity was a reliable Company.- This motel was extremely dirty and unsafe.- My friends were picking me up early in the morning to travel with me to Miami.- Impossible to shower-both the bathtub and shower curtain were disgusting.---Needless to say I would not recommend your Company.-

Staff was great, but the room was dirty. Don't think the bathroom was touched at all. Urine and used toilet paper was still in the bathroom bathtub was not clean absolutely disgusting. There where were people lingering outside drinking and smoking made me feel uncomfortable. Security and better housekeeping would be advised
