Westmont Inn - Lakeland

Lady that checked me was great. Check in went great. Room was ok had a few problems but nothing to bad. It was great for the one night. Not some where I would stay if more than a few nights. Beds was hard but clean. Room was clean for most part but carpet was not the cleanest. Most of the motel was under remodel.

The room was clean; sheets were clean, but there were roaches in the refrigerator and badly stained, but clean, towels and washcloths. I had reserved two nights but left after the first night.

The ac was not working properly. The room was very uncomfortable due to that. We told staff at checkout, they didnt seem to care!

The owners treated me awful.. i asked ro get more rowels and they ignored me said that i already should have my own

Room was dirty when we checked in late on the first night... when I asked for the room to be cleaned I returned to find it still dirty. In our room we found a live roach walking around.

Stained towels, roaches, very dirty.

Our room was dirty and full of bed bugs. I will never stay there again

we stayed n this hotel we didn’t even take our bags n the room we sat down to eat and saw 20 huge bed bugs all over the bed they were so big at first I thought they were roaches but at a closer look u could tell they were bed bugs so I call the office to ask for a refund and no refund couldn’t believe these people after spending 130$ on this room and wasn’t and wouldn’t have stayed there needless to say they screwed me and had to get another room NEVER STAY HERE

I got to the hotel very late and if I had not already booked it, I don’t think I would have stayed there. The hotel was old and in disrepair. There were broken appliances in the parking lot. The room I got was very dirty. The rug looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. The bed linen and towels did not appeared to have been washed either. Also, the door chain and sink faucet were broken. The room was cheap and you usually get what you pay for, but this place was not worth it at any price. My recommendation is to avoid the Westmont Inn completely.

The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well and blocked out the hwy noise.The place is in marginal shape and seems to be being refurbished. T V had bad picture The free breakfast was a 2 out of 10 possible. Price was one of lowest i could find online in the area for our dates.
